Learn More About U-Turn For Christ

Our History

U-Turn For Christ is a Christian Discipleship all-encompassing re-entry ministry for men and women trapped in the deceptive, never-ending cycle of addiction. The U-Turn Ranch provides residents with the opportunity to give back to a community that was once ambivalent towards them. U-Turn’s goal is to teach individuals to be independent, self-supporting, and stable under the Lordship of Jesus Christ by becoming an asset to their family, church, friends, employers, schools, and society. Most enrollees come to U-Turn For Christ after hitting their life’s “bottom,” and some are ready to do whatever is necessary to have Jesus Christ restore their lives and give them peace again. We have found with men and women prepared to give up, “leaning on their own understanding,” and completely surrender themselves to the Lord’s work for eight months, their lives are never the same.

Discovering Our Rehab Program: The Process of Recovery at U-Turn for Christ

Phase 1

At U-Turn for Christ, we believe that the recovery journey begins with a solid foundation, which is why our program requires individuals to spend a minimum of two months at one of our ranch locations. During this time, participants will reside in military-style quarters, featuring a large room with bunks. This unique housing setup promotes a sense of camaraderie and healthy fellowship among participants, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for those in recovery. Our program is designed to help individuals develop a strong foundation for lasting recovery, and our team of experienced staff is committed to providing personalized care and guidance to each client. Contact us today to learn more about our program and how we can help you or your loved one achieve lasting transformation.

Phase 2

Phase Two of our program is six months long and comes with two possible paths to travel. Some return to work, pay a monthly donation and attend church with first phase participants in the evening. Others are chosen to commit six months of service to the Lord and are provided for by the ministry. This last choice comes with considerable sacrifice. Servants of Christ can be called on at all times to serve in many different ways. The six-month period does not have to be the end. Many who return to work will stay a year or more, choosing a higher level of accountability and fellowship for their lives. Many who have stayed to serve in ministry now do at other U-Turn for Christ facilities in the United States and worldwide.
