Phase 1
In Phase One of our rehabilitation program, participants begin by spending a minimum of two months at our U-Turn For Christ ranch located in Perris, California. During their time at the ranch, participants stay in military-style housing featuring one large room filled with bunks. We believe this style of room and board promotes healthy fellowship. “As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend” (Proverbs 27:17). Participants spend their days participating in morning devotions, daily chores, volunteer community service, evening Bible study, and personal devotion time throughout each day.
Phase 2
Phase Two of our program is six months and offers two paths for participants to go down. Some participants return to work, pay a monthly donation and attend church service in the evening with the first phase participants. Others are chosen to commit six months of service to the Lord and are provided for by the ministry. The second choice comes with considerable sacrifice. Servants of Christ can be called upon to serve at any time and in multiple ways. The six-month period is a starting point for phase two but does not have to stop there. Many participants who return to work will continue this phase for over a year, choosing a higher level of accountability and fellowship for their lives. Many who have served in ministry now continue to serve at other U-Turn for Christ facilities in the United States and worldwide.
